National USPAP Update ~ 7 hr ACE and MCE

March 19th (Friday)
FHA Today ~ 8 hr ACE
Course Objectives: Familiar with FHA changes, 2006 - 2010; Familiar with changed FHA requirements; Familiar with FHA expections" Able to complete a Form 1004 for FHA; Where to find updated FHA Information.

March 20th (Saturday)
Residential Report Skills ~ 7 hr ACE
This course is a 1-day seminar designed to help the appraiser understand the necessity of and the process to present assignment results to the client and other intended users in a meaningful format while meeting all of the report requirements of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). The course includes a mix of lecture and student participation. Ample opportunity will be provided for questions from students. This program is a good review for practicing appraisers.

Attendee Refund Policy: Individuals who cancel NAIFA class registration more than 7 business days prior to the start of the class are eligible for a full refund. Between 7 and 3 business days, the registrant is subject to a $50 cancellation charge. Within 2 business days of the class, no refund will be given.
Our schedule: There maybe some shifting of courses so be sure to check the schedule.
PLEASE BE AT THE COURSE LOCATION THIRTY (30) MINUTES BEFORE TIME FOR THE COURSE TO BEGIN, i.e., 7:30 am for an 8 am course. All courses begin at 8:00 am & end at 5 pm unless otherwise noted.
