                The Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board (TALCB) is a regulatory agency of the State of Texas. It was created in 1991 to license, certify and regulate real estate appraisers in Texas. The TALCB replaced the Texas Real Estate Appraiser Certification Committee of the Texas Real Estate Commission.
